Common questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Are your parts genuine JCB parts?
No. We manufacture high-quality aftermarket replacements compatible with JCB 3CX/4CX machines. They are not genuine JCB parts, and JCB is a trademark of its respective owner. Each part carries an OE cross-reference number for easy identification.
How do I order the right part?
Send us the OE number (e.g. 450/10200), your machine model and serial number, or a clear photo of the old part on Telegram. We confirm fitment before you pay.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by part — typically 5–50 pieces as listed on each product page. Mixed orders across categories are welcome, and sample orders are accepted for first-time customers.
How long is the lead time?
Stocked items ship in 3–7 days. Production items take 15–40 days depending on the part (each product page lists its lead time). Express production can be arranged for urgent breakdowns.
Which payment and shipping terms do you accept?
30–50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment (photos/videos provided for confirmation). We ship by sea (FCL/LCL) or air freight worldwide with full export documentation; DDP door delivery can be quoted.
Can you manufacture parts not listed in the catalog?
Yes. Custom production from drawings, samples or even worn parts is our core business. Send what you have and our engineers will review manufacturability within 24 hours.
